June 2004

Michael re-united with former MPB bandmates Tommy Kaelin, Jonny Sheehan, Chris Hansen and Joe Engravalle as part of an all-star tribute to the late great Blues Traveler bassist Bobby Sheehan on Thursday, June 3 at Southpaw in Brooklyn. Bobby's spirit was alive and well as a full house took in a night of all-out live music featuring the MPB, Jono Manson, Warren Haynes, Gov't Mule, Craig Dreyer, Wally Ingram and Blues Traveler. Michael opened the show and played keys during Warren's set, and dueted with Jono Manson on the big finale "Miss You", which featured almost all the musicians on stage. A great time was had by all.
